Carly Armstrong
Armstrong, a 2008 graduate of Lebanon High School, has played eight matches for the University of Great Falls (Mont.) women's soccer team. The Argos were 3-6-1 overall as of Oct. 4.
Brianne Barton
Barton (LHS '07) had nine kills and two digs for the College of Southern Idaho in the Golden Eagles' three-set win over Eastern Utah on Sept. 27. CSI was 23-3 as of Oct. 1 and ranked second in the NJCAA Division I poll.
Jorden Burrows
As of Oct. 4, Burrows (LHS '07) had played 12 volleyball matches for Western Oregon University. The setter had a season total of 223 assists, six kills, 31 digs and 23 block assists for the Wolves. WOU was 12-1 overall and 5-0 in conference as of Oct. 4.
Ali Krebs
Krebs (LHS '07) had 67 digs, eight assists and one kill in 23 matches played for the Southern Virginia University volleyball team as of Oct. 3. The Knights were 15-8 overall as of Oct. 3.
Amy Renfro
Renfro (ELCA '08) was sixth for the Corban women's cross country team at the Warriors' season opening meet on Sept. 13. Renfro was 60th overall in the 6,000-meter race in 26:10.20. On Sept. 20, Renfro placed 23rd at the Northwest Christian Invitational, covering the 5,000-meter course in 20:20.14. She was 150th overall and fifth for the Warriors at Saturday's Charles Bowles Invitational, with a time of 20:26.
Caleb Goins
At Corban College's first cross country meet of the season on Sept. 13, Goins, a 2008 graduate of East Linn Christian, was 12th to lead the Corban men at the Lewis & Clark Invitational. On Sept. 20, he won the Northwest Christian Invitational in a time of 26:06.54 over the 8,000-meter course. Saturday, Goins was again the top finisher for the Warriors, placing 112th overall at the Charles Bowles Invitational.
