The Oregon Bicycle Racing Association's Criterium Championship races are set for Aug. 15 in downtown Albany.

The event includes a full slate of races for junior and senior men and women on downtown streets.

Races are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A portion of the proceeds from the event go to support local bicycle safety education.
