The Oregon State University Triathlon hosts its annual Beaver Freezer Duathlon at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19 at Philomath Middle School. The 2008 event features a new course, mountain and road bike sections and lots of great prizes. Entry is $30 until Oct. 10, $35 after that date. Day-of registration is available.
