The Lebanon Booster Club is offering sports physicals from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Mid-Valley Medical Plaza.

The physicals are for boys and girls of all ages.

Those who wish to receive a physical need to bring their medical form and call ahead for an appointment.
