A search warrant served last Friday in Stayton resulted in the recovery of several stolen items, including a tractor, utility trailer, and a Yamaha moped.

The Linn County Sheriff's Office served the warrant at about 6:45 a.m. on Feb. 13 at 15018 SE Fern Ridge Rd. in Stayton. The residence is in Marion County.

Two people who lived at the residence were charged with possession of stolen property.

Jorge Gusman Deflin, 49, and Kimberly Annette Fox, 32, were both lodged in the Marion County Jail.

The investigation is continuing.
