Oregon Lottery players from Linn County claimed a total of $912,232 in prizes of more than $600 in prizes of more than $600 in lottery games last year.
Glen Sander of Lebanon took home the largest winnings for the county with a $200,000 Powerball prize. Other Lebanon winners included Karen Hyer, who won $52,905 in Keno, and Erma Campbell, who won $15,000 on the "Crazy Crossword" Scratch-It.
Other big winners from the county included: Cary Robertson of Albany, $30,000 "Double Digit Bingo" Scratch-It; Nora Stengrim of Sweet Home, $20,000 Win for Life; Francine Johnson of Sweet Home, $15,974 Keno; Eddeana Vogt of Albany, $14,396 Keno; and Samuel Galster of Sweet Home, $10,000 "Fire & Ice" Scratch-It.
Additionally, 160 players won prizes of $1,000 or more in Linn County. Overall, 268 players won prizes of more than 600 traditional lottery games.
Across the state, Oregon Lottery players won more than $390 million in prizes between January and December of 2007.
