12:10 p.m. 32-year-old man taken into custody by Taser point in 100 block of S. Grove St. in connection with a domestic dispute. Charged with second degree theft/warrant, with restraining order and assault charge pending, and other charges.

4:54 p.m. Two-vehicle accident at Knothole Texaco. Information exchanged.

5:25 p.m. Two-vehicle accident in area of E. Elmore and Williams sts. Information exchanged.

6:28 p.m. Hit-and-run/vehicle at old Wal-Mart.

8:50 p.m. Blue Roadmaster bike taken from 1200 block of S. Main St.

2:59 p.m. 33-year-old woman cited for failure to comply/keeping an unlicensed dog after a two-vehicle accident in area of W. Grant and S. Main sts. Information exchanged.

4:43 p.m. 18-year-old man and 18-year-old woman served with a trespass notice after allegedly trying to break into a business in 900 block of S. Williams St.

7:13 p.m. Fence vandalized in 800 block of W. Grant St.

9:43 a.m. 17-year-old student charged with harassment at Lebanon High School. Referred to Linn County Juvenile Department.

1:14 p.m. Vehicle damaged by shots in 700 block of E. Elmore St. Under investigation.

3:08 p.m. 27-year-old charged with giving false information, failure to comply/harassment, failure to comply/driving under the influence, failure to comply/contempt of court, warrant/false information, menacing and contempt of court after a traffic stop in 900 block of S. Main St.

3:37 p.m. Attempted entry at Duncan's Hardware.

4:22 p.m. Five yellow gold rings, some with gems, taken from 1200 block of S. 7th St. Value loss: $500.
