5:22 p.m. Juveniles near S. 10th St. and Lindsay Lane reported making excessive noise.
6:26 p.m. Window shot with a BB gun in the 2400 block of S. 6th St. Loss: $200.
7:16 p.m. Jewelry, money and videos taken from home in the 800 block of Academy St. Loss: $386.

7:52 a.m. Two-vehicle accident near S. 7th and W. Vine sts. Both vehicles towed.
11:38 a.m. Small bag of suspicious material found in the 100 block of E. Oak St. Officer disposed of.
12:50 p.m. Windows at Mama Linda's Restaurant shot through with BB gun. Loss: $1,000.
2:51 p.m. Purse left at River Park. Owner returned 10 minutes later to retrieve it and purse was missing. Loss: $150.
7:15 p.m. Driver hit a parked car near S. 6th and W. Rose sts. One vehicle towed.

1:10 a.m. Several individuals in the 1400 block of Hiatt St. being loud. 18-year-old male arrested for minor in possession of alcohol.
11:56 a.m. Three vehicles involved in a rear-end collision near S. Santiam Hwy. and W. Airport Road.
3:50 p.m. Mother of a 13-year-old male reports he was assaulted while riding a school bus near Park and E. Ash sts.
5:04 p.m. Vehicle window damaged after an apparent attempt to gain access in the 1500 block of S. 5th St. Loss: $250.
8:06 p.m. Two 23-year-old males arrested near Grove and E. Elmore sts., charged with second-degree trespass for climbing scaffolding in construction site. One also charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Thursday, Sept. 27
1:14 a.m. Gas taken from the 2400 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Loss: $40.
2:27 a.m. Woman in the 1000 block of W. Sherman St. reports an unknown male ringing doorbell at her home. Subject advised not to return.
2:54 a.m. Medical marijuana plant taken from the 200 block of E. Oak St. Loss: $1.
9:17 a.m. Hit-and-run reported in the 1300 block of E. Grant St.
1:55 p.m. Two-vehicle, minor injury accident in the 200 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
2:36 p.m. Gang activity and harassment reported at Seven Oak Middle School after other students tried to get a 15-year-old female to fight another female.
3:38 p.m. Black dog hit by a vehicle in the 3300 block of S.
Santiam Hwy.
5:44 p.m. Juveniles shooting at cars with air soft guns near Tangent and S. 2nd sts., hit one driver through an open window.
8:07 p.m. Fight reported in the 800 block of Park St. 23-year-old male arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
9:01 p.m. Pitbull attacked a dog in the 100 block of Pine St. Injured dog taken to veterinarian.

8:08 a.m. Illegal burn reported in the 600 block of W. Isabella St.
10:04 a.m. $618 taken from a business in the 2200 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
5:14 p.m. 16-year-old female taking money and pills from a home in the 600 block of Walnut St.
5:14 p.m. 9-year-old girl assaulted by older female juveniles in the 300 block of S. Fifth St.
7:55 p.m. Gate broken at a construction site near Milton and Grove sts.
Saturday, Sept. 29
3:15 a.m. 31-year-old male arrested for theft for allegedly taking items from vehicles near S. 7th and W. Sherman sts. Black vinyl coat taken from a vehicle. Loss: $30. Also found with CDs taken in the 700 block of W. Isabella St. Loss: $200.
9:55 a.m. Vehicle window broken in the 600 block of B St. Loss: $100.
12:54 p.m. Two Jack Russell terriers at large in the 300 block of S. 2nd St. Owner cited for dog at large and allowing a dog to become a
public nuisance.
4:53 p.m. 14-year-old female runaway juvenile missing.
6:18 p.m. 15-year-old male charged with minor in possession of alcohol near S. 5th and W. Oak sts. Released to parents.
6:22 p.m. Makeup taken from a purse in the 900 block of W. Vine St. Loss: $100.
6:25 p.m. Two-vehicle collision reported in the 1800 block of S. Main St. One vehicle towed.
6:32 p.m. Owner of a Harley Davidson motorcycle reports a 54-year-old male has been gone on a test drive for more than two hours. Male charged with driving while suspended and warned for unlawful operation of a motorcycle.
Sunday, Sept. 30
2:29 a.m. Bike taken from the 0-100 block of W. Sherman St.
8:22 a.m. CDs taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of S. 2nd St. Loss: $10.
9:38 a.m. 20-year-old arrested for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with drug records.
3:15 p.m. Drain blocked in the 700 block of Harmony St. Waters almost reaching a garage in the area. Public Works advised they will respond after the water reaches the garage.
5:47 p.m. Pacific Power and Light pole down and tree branch broken in the 900 block of Park St.
8:39 p.m. Stereo taken from a vehicle in the 200 block of S. 3rd St. Loss: $500.
