7:18 a.m. Can of beer taken from the 800 block of Park St. Loss: $1.54.

7:23 a.m. Break-in alarm activated at Mama Linda's Restaurant. 37-year-old man arrested on an Oregon State Parole board warrant. Charges pending in connection to break-in.

8:35 a.m. Vehicle damaged while parked at Walmart. Loss: $1,000.

10:37 a.m. Two-vehicle crash near S. Park and E. Oak sts.

10:37 a.m. Yard ornaments taken from the 100 block of Berry St. Loss: $60.

10:58 a.m. Wallet taken from a student at Lebanon High School.

1:10 p.m. Purse taken from the 0-100 block of E. Sherman St. Loss: $350.

1:46 p.m. House egged in the 300 block of Violet St.

2:48 p.m. Guitar, leather coat, cell phone and other items taken from the 1300 block of Eddie St. Incident under investigation as first-degree burglary.

4:13 p.m. Items taken from a rental home in the 0-100 block of W. Ash St. Loss: $680.

5:27 p.m. 23-year-old man arrested for vandalizing vehicles near Park and Ralston Drs. Man was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Tuesday, Oct. 28

7:54 a.m. 15-year-old female reported as a runaway in the 500 block of S. Grove St.

11:08 a.m. Front door kicked in and items taken from the 300 block of E. A St.

Wednesday, Oct. 29

12:01 a.m. Man walked into a business in the 0-100 block of E. Sherman St. with a paper bag over his head, grabbed some condiments and left the area.

7:57 a.m. 16-year-old male charged with minor in possession of tobacco, littering, and providing false information to a police officer near S. 5th and F sts.

9:01 p.m. 19-year-old man charged with minor in possession of alcohol in the 100 block of E. Elmore St. 19-year-old female arrested on a Douglas County Justice Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of a traffic offense.

9:39 p.m. 26-year-old man charged with second-degree trespass in the 600 block of S. Main St.

Thursday, Oct. 30

9:41 a.m. Wallet containing a $30 check taken from a student at LHS. Loss: $45.

9:57 a.m. Sweatshirt taken from a student at LHS. Report taken for third-degree theft.

10:45 a.m. 12-year-old female at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital reported she was sexually assaulted near S. 6th St. and Walker Road on Oct. 24, while waiting for a school bus. Incident under investigation.

5:32 p.m. 16-year-old male pedestrian transported to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle in the 2800 block of S. 10th St.

9:04 p.m. Man reported his rifle accidentally went off while he was cleaning it. The bullet exited his house through the roof.

11:35 p.m. Loud music heard in the 200 block of W. Rose St. Two females, ages 19 and 20, charged with minor in possession of alcohol.

Friday, Oct. 31

1:47 a.m. 18-year-old man charged with minor in possession of alcohol and transported to the hospital after putting his arm through a window in the 1800 block of S. Main St.

8:22 a.m. Gas taken from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Lupine St. Loss: $25.

9:06 a.m. Church door spraypainted in the 1400 block of S. Grove St. Loss: $25.

10:26 a.m. All four tires on a vehicle slashed in the 1100 block of Hiatt St. Loss: $400.

12:10 p.m. Gold necklace lost in the 3500 block of S. Santiam Hwy.

2:00 p.m. Vehicle spraypainted in the 500 block of Evans Dr.

4:07 p.m. Truck in the 600 block of Harden Dr. spraypainted. Loss: $100.

4:39 p.m. Hit-and-run reported in the 400 block of S. Main St. Loss: $2,000.

5:30 p.m. Bike taken from the 1300 block of S. Grove St. Loss: $100.

9:05 p.m. Pumpkins smashed in the 3000 block of Columbine St., near S. 7th and D sts., near E. Carolina and S. Grove sts., and near Grant and S. Grove sts.

9:29 p.m. Wallet taken from a vehicle in the 2900 block of S. Santiam Hwy.

Saturday, Nov. 1

1:52 a.m. Man alleging that another man in the 0-100 block of E. Sherman St. punched him in the face three or four times.

11:05 a.m. Cement statue taken from the 1600 block of Park Dr.

11:54 a.m. Vehicle spraypainted in the 300 block of S. 7th St. Loss: $20.

1:14 p.m. Aggressive dog loose in the 1800 block of Hemlock St. 39-year-old woman cited with allowing a dog to run at large.

3:03 p.m. Blue wheelchair taken from the 300 block of Waters Edge Ct. Loss: $50.

3:57 p.m. Theft of gas from a vehicle attempted in the 2700 block of Acorn St.

4:47 p.m. Credit card taken from the 200 block of Mary St. Loss: $5.

10:09 p.m. Windshield broken in the 300 block of Milton St. Report taken for second-degree criminal mischief.

Sunday, Nov. 2

8:35 a.m. Bag containing needles and drug paraphernalia found in the 700 block of E St. Items disposed of.

9:19 a.m. Trailer came loose from a pick-up truck in the 300 block of Tangent St., hitting another vehicle. Insurance information exchanged.

3:39 p.m. 15-year-old male charged with fourth-degree felony assault in the 1000 block of Charlie Ave.

10:46 p.m. Purse found in the 1700 block of S. Main St. Purse contained a hypodermic needle. No identification found.
