7:40 a.m. Ford truck taken from the 0-100 block of Market St.; recovered in the 40200 block of Providence Dr. five hours later. 26-year-old man and 21-year-old female were arrested in connection with the crime. The vehicle had to be towed from the recovery area, as the transmission was no longer operable.
8:32 a.m. Lights and windows broken in a home in the 2100 block of Mayfly St. Paint thrown around in the garage. Loss: $1,000.
12:11 p.m. 44-year-old man arrested for DUII in the 600 block of S. Main St.
1:45 p.m. Purse taken from a vehicle in the 1700 block of S. Main St. Loss: $75.
4:21 p.m. Hand tools taken from a vehicle in the 2100 block of Desiree Pl. Loss: $30.
5:34 p.m. Prescription sunglasses and an iPod taken from a vehicle in the 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
9:20 p.m. Ten adults fighting near S. Williams and E. Elmore sts. 20-year-old man arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for fourth-degree assault. 18-year-old man arrested for disorderly conduct and minor in possession of alcohol. Parties told to separate. No one involved wanted to pursue charges.
Tuesday, Aug. 26
1:24 a.m. 17-year-old female arrested at Duffy's Irish Pub for minor in possession of alcohol and providing false information to a police officer. Female also had a Central Linn Justice Court misdemeanor warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
3:18 a.m. 36-year-old man trespassed from the Knot Hole after becoming angry when he was told he could not purchase alcohol after 2:30 a.m.
9:07 a.m. Saw taken from the 500 block of B St.
9:33 a.m. 45-year-old woman arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Female also had a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
1:51 p.m. 38-year-old man arrested for third-degree theft at Wal-Mart.
3:25 p.m. 46-year-old man arrested for DUII near Highway 20 and Engle Rd.
3:31 p.m. Bicyclist in the 1100 block of S. Main St. reported a red hatchback hit him and drove away.
3:53 p.m. Caller reported that people collecting signatures for a petition in front of the Dollar Tree are too aggressive.
4:27 p.m. Loud music in the 0-100 block of Market St.
5:30 p.m. 39-year-old man arrested for restraining order violation in the 300 block of S. 12th St. Man also had an Albany Municipal Court warrant for disorderly conduct.
7:30 p.m. Loud music heard in the 900 block of Park St.

12:06 a.m. Jacket, wallet and CDs taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 2000 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
2:53 p.m. Women ages 28 and 38 and a 50-year-old man cited for second-degree theft of services in the 0-100 block of N. Santiam Hwy.
7:53 p.m. Red truck pumped $40 worth of gas in the 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy., and left without paying.
10:58 p.m. Home egged in the 1200 block of Walker Rd.

12:19 a.m. 35-year-old man arrested in the 2000 block of Cypress Ct. for domestic abuse.
8:57 a.m. Catalytic converter cut from a truck in the 700 block of S. Main St. Loss: $450.
3:46 p.m. Bike found in the 0-100 block of Industrial Way.
4:59 p.m. 44-year-old man arrested near Wheeler and Williams sts. for theft. Man allegedly removed a catalytic converter from a truck in the 400 block of N. Williams St. Loss: $800.

8:27 p.m. Two large dogs near Dodge and Williams sts. attempted to attack a woman walking her dog in the area.
10:37 p.m. Five adults reported fighting in the 1100 block of W. Vine St. 27-year-old man arrested for detox. Parties separated.
10:47 p.m. Females ages 17 and 18 charged with third-degree theft and minor in possession of alcohol for attempting to take a six-pack of beer from Shop 'N Kart.
