Monday, May 4

8:39 a.m. A camera sent by mail was taken from the 600 block of E. Grant St.

11:03 a.m. A 15-year-old male was referred to the Linn County Juvenile Dept. for second-degree theft.

11:49 a.m. Grow lights and about $1,000 worth of marijuana was taken from a medical marijuana patient.

2:37 p.m. A 22-year-old woman was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

3:46 p.m. A car was keyed and dented, either in the 2200 block of Corinth Ct. or in the Walmart parking lot.

Tuesday, May 5

2:39 a.m. Two possums were located walking around the backyard of a house in the 300 block of W. Oak St. An officer investigated after seeing a back porch light and driveway light flashing rapidly in a strobe effect.

9:19 a.m. A minor hit-and-run motor vehicle crash occurred in the high school parking lot.

10:45 a.m. A driver was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device after a minor non-injury accident at S. Main and W. Oak sts.

11:49 a.m. A 15-year-old male was referred to Linn County Juvenile Dept. for minor in possession (tobacco).

1:19 p.m. A 34-year-old male was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct in connection with a domestic dispute.

2:23 p.m. A 19-year-old male was cited for no insurance, driving while suspended and careless driving in connection with a two-vehicle non-injury accident at S. main and Crowfoot rds.

5:05 p.m. A 45-year-old male was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation in a DUII case.

8:25 p.m. A window was broken at the Episcopal Church. Loss: $500.

Wednesday, May 6

9:53 a.m. An iPod was taken from a vehicle in the 100 block of W. Ash St. Loss: $150.

1:11 p.m. A 40-year-old man was cited for failure to yield entering a roadway in connection with a two-vehicle, non-injury crash in the 2000 block of S. Santiam Hwy.

2:21 p.m. A 15-year-old female was charged with second-degree theft for alleged shoplifting at Walmart.

2:08 p.m. A 32-year-old woman was charged with third-degree theft for alleged shoplifting at Bi-Mart.

5:06 p.m. A power pole was hit in a two-vehicle crash in the 2000 block of S. 2nd St.

6:41 p.m. An 18-year-old man was charged with fourth-degree assault.

8 p.m. $150 cash was taken from a residence in the 500 block of W. Rose St.

8:40 p.m. An officer helped remove about 200 swallows from a home in the 100 block of W. Grant St.

9:52 p.m. A female in the 400 block of W. Maple St. reported someone trying to break into her home.

Thursday, May 7

8:59 a.m. Officers assisted with monitoring the area of 7th and "F" sts. to make sure high school students didn't leave the campus during a fire alarm.

11:43 a.m. Drivers exchanged information following a minor two-vehicle accident in a parking lot in the 2000 block of S. Santiam Hwy.

12:59 p.m. Officers assisted Linn County sheriff's deputies in the 1100 block of 9th St. in the arrest of a 26-year-old male for third-degree rape.

1:53 p.m. A man reported the theft of extension ladders from his home in the 29700 block of S. Main Rd. Loss: $450-$500.

6:19 p.m. A resident in the 600 block of Walnut St. reported that a male about 16 years old is going door-to-door trying to trade a necklace for cigarettes.

8:25 p.m. A 30-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant for second- degree theft and a no-bail detention order.

Friday, May 8

1:50 a.m. A 35-year-old man was charged with DUII.

7:39 a.m. Officers took custody of two 14-year-old male runaways from Sweet Home in the 1700 block of S. Main St.. One was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

8:27 a.m. A girls purple bicycle was taken from the 0-99 block of Eaton St. Loss: $100.

10:18 a.m. A parked white and blue motor home was hit in the 900 block of Antioch St.

1:16 p.m. Someone ordered several pizzas from Pizza Hut to be delivered to the Sherman St. Bar and Grill. When the delivery person arrived, it was discovered to be a prank call. Loss: $160.

1:44 p.m. A wallet was lost or stolen from a car parked in the 2000 block of S. Santiam Hwy. Loss: $200.

2:26 p.m. A vehicle was broken into through the rear window in the 3600 block of S. Santiam Hwy. and a CD player and wallet were taken. Loss: $200.

4:45 p.m. A two-vehicle, non-injury accident blocked traffic for a time at S. 2nd St. and Airport Rd.

5:02 p.m. A second two-vehicle non-injury accident occurred at S. 2nd St. and Airport Rd.

5:21 p.m. A three-car non-injury accident occurred at S. 2nd St. and Airport Rd.

6:03 p.m. A fight reportedly involving eight males occurred in the 0-99 block of Market St. One person was said to have been kicked in the face, but none wanted to be the victim in a police report. Several people ran from the scene.

6:07 p.m. A vehicle was keyed in the Walmart parking lot. Loss: $100.

8:28 p.m. A 14-year-old male was referred to the Linn County Juvenile Dept. for minor in possession by consumption (alcohol) and released to his parents.

11:15 p.m. Part of a fence was knocked down in the 0-99 block of S. Main St. Loss: $50.

Saturday, May 9

9:34 a.m. A vehicle was hit in the Walmart parking lot. The suspect vehicle was described to police.

2:10 p.m. A 24-year-old woman was trespassed from the Park St. Chevron station and convenience store after she allegedly took a beer and lighters from the store.

8:40 p.m. Four males, ages 15, 16, 16 and 17 were referred to the Linn County Juvenile Dept. for minor in possession (alcohol) in the 1000 block of Mountain River Dr. Some also were referred for MIP (tobacco). Parents were notified to pick up their children.

9:05 p.m. A 60-year-old man was arrested for DUII.

Sunday, May 10

7:51 a.m. A 44-year-old man was arrested on probable cause of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

8 a.m. Gas was removed from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Lupine St.

12:09 p.m. A rock was thrown through a sliding door in the 0-99 block of Market St.

2:05 p.m. A red and blue bicycle was taken from the 400 block of W. Sherman St. Loss: $20.

9:55 p.m. Vehicle keys were taken from the 500 block of W. 2nd St. Loss: $250.
