Monday, Dec. 22

12:06 a.m. Two officers responded to a call from the Lebanon Hospital emergency room for assistance with an out-of-control patient brought in on a police officer hold.

7:38 a.m. A maroon Mizutani Seraph Spree bike was found in Ralston Park.

10:33 a.m. A woman reported her purse had been stolen from her vehicle, but she doesn't remember when and where.

10:51 a.m. A 52-year-old woman was reported yelling, waving her arms and going into traffic on E. Maple St. near Park St.

4:48 p.m. A 24-year-old woman was reported on the ground near E. Maple and Park sts. She had fallen and was bleeding from the head. She was transported to the Lebanon hospital by medics.

9:48 p.m. Officers checked a vacant vehicle on its side in the ditch north of the hospital on Highway 20. They located the driver, who was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

10:56 p.m. The driver's license of a 22-year-old woman was seized in the 1300 block of E. Grant St. The car was stationary and the male in it will drive when they leave.

Tuesday, Dec. 23

4:15 a.m. A 29-year-old man fled from a police officer and crash near N. Eighth and Harrison sts. before being arrested on multiple warrants for failure to comply in a first-degree burglary case and a parole violation in a first-degree burglary case.

5:52 a.m. A white Pontiac Grand Prix was towed from S. Second and Academy sts. where it appeared to have slid on the ice into the curb.

9:34 a.m. Corvallis police sent information about the apparent theft of two prescription pads in Lebanon.

10:54 a.m. A vehicle was entered in the 800 block of Binshadler St. during the night and a pack of cigarettes and two lighters were taken.

4:28 p.m. A caller reported that a small car driven by an elderly woman ran a stop sign near the post office.

4:40 p.m. Two 12-year-old females were reported walking southbound on Main Street and pulling down displays in front of businesses. Officers counseled them and sent them on their way.

4:44 p.m. A woman in the 711 block of Glenwood St. reported that someone broke the lock of her vehicle during the night after several nights of coming by and checking the handles of her car doors.

5:39 p.m. A 50-year-old man was arrested for domestic harassment after his wife reported that he threw her on the ground. She said she was not injured.

5:52 p.m. A elderly woman who locked herself out of her house was assisted by an officer so she could get her medications.

11:51 p.m. A 46-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault for allegedly punching another man in the face.

Wednesday, Dec. 24

2:33 a.m. The windshield of a maroon Toyota Camry parked near S. Eighth and W. Isabella sts. was broken. The victim said a man who lives on the corner came out and threatened to shoot him. No weapon was seen.

11:15 a.m. A 19-year-old man was taken into custody on a charge of military desertion.

6:51 p.m. A 50-year-old man was arrested for violation of a release agreement after he for smashed a TV and threatened a woman.

10:20 p.m. A 50-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for fourth-degree assault and interfering with making a police report.

11:58 p.m. A 54-year-old man was arrested for DUII. He was traveling the wrong way on Park St.

Thursday, Dec. 25

8:04 p.m. A rice cooker was taken from a home in the 300 block of Shannon Pl. and packages were rummaged through. Loss: $100.

Friday, Dec. 26

10:29 a.m. A resident in the 1000 block of W. Sherman St. reported that someone cut the tops off his trees in the past 3 to 4 days.

10:36 a.m. Urgent Care at the hospital reported that a 41-year-old woman had been bitten by a dog. A quarantine order was issued to the dog owner.

2:08 p.m. A garage door in the 1000 block of Turtledove Lp. was damaged in an apparent attempt to break in.

2:49 p.m. a 34-year-old woman was cited on a re-cite warrant for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

3:01 p.m. Drivers exchanged information after a two-vehicle non-injury accident in the 2200 block of S. Santiam Hwy.

3:12 p.m. A 31-year-old woman was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.

4:44 p.m. A 46-year-old woman was arrested on a warrent for failure to appear in a case of first-degree theft.

6:05 p.m. A 19-year-old man was cited for dangerous left turn in connection with a two-vehicle non-injury accident in the 1700 block of S. Main St.

8:24 p.m. Two males and one female were seen walking past a business in the 800 block of S. Main St. and pounding on the window. They cracked one window. Damage: $1,000.

10:31 p.m. A 24-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply in a case of fourth-degree assault.

Saturday, Dec. 27

1:43 a.m. A 24-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man were counseled by police about walking out into traffic.

11:33 a.m. A 42-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court.

1:10 p.m. Two dogs were transported to dog control after they attacked a cat in the 2900 block of S. 10th St. and killed it.

7:35 p.m. A 32-year-old woman was charged with two counts of harassment after she attacked her husband and barricaded herself in a bedroom where there were guns. The husband and two children were removed from the home by officers before the woman was taken into custody.

11:33 p.m. A Duffy's employee reported that a window at the Thai restaurant at S. Main and E. Sherman sts. was broken out.

11: 52 p.m. A 36-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a fight behind Duffy's.

Sunday, Dec. 28

1:23 a.m. A 39-year-old man and a 35-year-old man were charged with vandalism, second degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in the downtown area.

3:37 a.m. A 32-year-old man was taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear.

12:06 p.m. A no parking sign on Dodge St. west of Cleveland St. was vandalized; "no" had been painted over.

4:10 p.m. A 46-year-old man was taken into custody for DUII.

9:15 p.m. A semi-truck hit an electrical pole and stop sign at Wheeler and Eaton sts. and kept going. The driver was located and not cited.

10:53 p.m. A 23-year-old man was arrested on a nationwide warrant for probation violation, burglary and forgery.
