Monday, April 20
12:43 a.m. A 29-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply.
7:50 a.m. A 15-year-old male was referred to the Linn County Juvenile Dept. for minor in possession (tobacco).
11:10 a.m. A resident in the 600 block of S. Main St. reported that her front door lock was super-glued. Loss: $100.
1:16 p.m. A 17-year-old male was referred to the Linn County Juvenile Dept. for minor in possession (tobacco).
1:40 p.m. Tires were slashed in the 1200 block of Franklin St. Loss: $25.
1:41 p.m. The back window of a vehicle was broken out at S. 2nd and W. Sherman sts. Loss: $250.
3:02 p.m. Drivers of vehicles exchanged information following an accident in the 2500 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
4:19 p.m. A 23-year-old female was cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.
4:28 p.m. A vehicle window in the 800 block of Academy St. was damaged, reportedly by kids on bikes.
5:04 p.m. A resident in the 2000 block of S. 7th St. reported that her home was entered through the garage door and multiple electronic items worth $1,429 plus $9,000 in cash were taken.
Tuesday, April 21
9:15 a.m. A backyard shed in the 300 block of S. 2nd St. was entered and a girls bike and two chainsaws were taken. Loss: $385.
10:19 a.m. Wells Fargo Bank reported alleged fraud on a credit card account. Loss: $11,096.02.
3:40 p.m. A 17-year-old male, the driver of a vehicle involved in two-car crash at S. Main Rd. and S. Santiam Hwy., was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
3:58 p.m. A dog with no tags or collar was transported to Linn County Dog Control after it knocked over a child near Cherry Blossom Ln. and S. 8th St.
4:38 p.m. Officers assisted with traffic control during cleanup of a large spill at W. Airport Rd. and S. Santiam Hwy. Motor oil spilled from the back of a vehicle caused a traffic hazard.
6:09 p.m. A 42-year-old woman was cited for having a dog at large in the 1100 block of Hiatt St.
8:31 p.m. A noise reported as gunshots in the 0-99 block of E. Isabella St. turned out to be fireworks.
9:02 p.m. The theft of a movie was reported in the 0-99 block of E. Airport Rd.
9:10 p.m. A 19-year-old male was charged with third-degree theft at Safeway for alleged shoplifting. A 22-year-old male was trespassed from the store.
Wednesday, April 22
9:06 a.m. A 25-year-old man told police he woke up at a home near S. 2nd and W. Elmore St. with no memory of how he got there and wearing different clothing than the night before. His clothes, memory card from his phone, iPod, Social Security card and $700 cash were gone. He said he consumed two pitchers of beer and a shot of hard alcohol at Sherman Street Bar and Grill the night before but remembers nothing else.
10:40 a.m. Males ages 15, 14 and 17 were transported to Lebanon High School after leaving the Cheadle Lake area where students were working on trail-related projects.
6:10 p.m. The window of a vacant building in the 100 block of N. Williams St. was reported broken.
6:38 p.m. Safeway reported a man and woman stole deli items and plastic ware and ran northbound on Main St. Loss: $30.96.
7:42 p.m. A 26-year-old woman was charged with third-degree theft for allegedly taking beer from Shop 'N Kart.
9:11 p.m. A backpack containing a glass pipe was found in the 200 block of Vine St.
9:31 p.m. The back window of a vehicle was broken in the Walmart parking lot.
Thursday, April 23
12:57 a.m. A 20-year-old man was charged with minor in possession by consumption and arrested on a warrant for the same charge.
7:44 a.m. A woman in the 2400 block of S. 2nd St. reported that a neighbor stands outside her yard with a clipboard and monitors her and her animals.
9:36 a.m. A man reported that his ID and other items were taken and later returned, then someone attempted twice to get a cash advance on one of his credit cards.
10:12 a.m. A high school student allegedly caused both interior and exterior damage to a school district vehicle.
2:30 p.m. Three female students from Pioneer School were reported to have thrown rocks at a male student on a bicycle. One rock broke a window at a home in the 300 block of W. Olive St.
2:53 p.m. An 18-year-old woman was taken into custody for alleged shoplifting at Safeway.
3:07 p.m. A two-vehicle accident with injuries occurred at S. Main and Berry sts.
3:44 p.m. A resident on 7th St. near Lebanon High School reported a group of juveniles and adults were behind the school fighting. Officers counseled them.
6:59 p.m. A resident in the 600 block of Morton St. reported that three solar lights were taken from her front yard.
11:25 p.m. A 30-year-old male bicyclist was cited for failure to yield before entering the roadway in connection with a vehicle vs. bicycle accident in the 1700 block of S. Main St. Both he and the driver of the vehicle received minor injuries.
Friday, April 24
12:23 a.m. Police responded to a vehicle fire at W. Airport and Airway Rd. and blocked eastbound traffic on Airport. Ammo inside the vehicle was going off.
1:54 a.m. A woman called police and asked for medics because she wanted to see how drunk she was via a blood sugar test.
10:24 a.m. A vehicle was damaged in the Safeway parking lot by another vehicle that left the scene. The owner of the suspect vehicle was contacted and will accept responsibility.
11:03 a.m. Vehicle owners exchanged information following a minor accident in the LHS parking lot.
11:29 a.m. A man reported that his ex-wife took $500 from his savings account and opened a credit card account in his name to pay off one of her credit cards.
2:21 p.m. A 49-year-old was cited for second-degree theft for alleged shoplifting at Safeway. Loss: $129.92.
Saturday, April 25
2:52 a.m. A 28-year-old man was charged with improper use of 911 and three counts of second-degree disorderly conduct. 12:08 p.m. A lawn ornament was taken from a yard in the 200 block of Cascade Dr.
12:18 p.m. A resident in the 600 block of Vaughan Ln. reported her house was egged about 1 a.m.
11:42 p.m. A 17-year-old female who appeared to be intoxicated was reported to be laying in the roadway in the 2200 block of Kees St. Two males helped her walk down 2nd St. She later lay down along the edge of a parking lot. Medics transported her to the hospital. Other juveniles were in the area.
Sunday, April 26
3:56 a.m. A 20-year-old man turned himself in on multiple warrants for charges including disorderly conduct and minor in possession.
8:35 a.m. Multiple vehicles in the 600 block of Airway Rd. were egged during the night.
9:22 a.m. A house in the 200 block of E. Sherman St. was broken into, a door was damaged and several tools taken. Loss: $485.
9:30 a.m. Nearly 20 vehicles along Airway Rd. and Maple Pl. were egged during the night.
10:41 a.m. A puddle of water near S. Main and Milton sts. that didn't go away turned out to be a water main leak. Lebanon Public Works was notified.
12:30 A vehicle parked in the 100 block of E. Elmore was egged during the night.
12:41 p.m. A wallet containing bank and social security cards was taken from a business in the 2200 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
1:40 p.m. A 31-year-old man was arrested on a contempt of court warrant.
4:46 p.m. A woman reported that teenage boys were shooting her 7-year-old son with a BB gun in the 2000 block of Cypress Ct. The boys parents were notified and told of the possible civil and criminal liabilities of air soft guns.
6:05 p.m. A used condom was found on the playground at Green Acres School and reported to police. It was disposed of.
6:22 p.m. Officers provided traffic control when REACH landed at the hospital.
