Monday, March 9
12:21 a.m. A 33-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to comply in a traffic case.
7:53 a.m. Graffiti was painted on the Free Methodist Church in the 500 block of "F" St. Damage: $25.
10:22 a.m. A 15-year-old male was referred to the Linn County Juvenile Department for minor in possession (tobacco).
12:50 p.m. A woman reported that her former roommate stole her birth certificate and other documents.
2:47 p.m. Two men trying to sell carpet cleaning services door-to-door were advised to get a city permit.
3:21 p.m. A two-vehicle accident occurred in the Safeway parking lot.
3:39 p.m. A man reported that over the past several weeks someone has spent $16,573.44 on his debit card. He signed an affidavit of fraud forgery with his bank. The bank will decide if it wants to pursue the case.
10:36 p.m. A 26-year-old woman was arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court.
Tuesday, March 10
10:48 a.m. Four people, two age 18, and others 16, 15 and 14, were counseled about trespassing after entering an unfinished house in the 1700 block of S. 9th St. They headed back to school.
12:02 p.m. A picnic table and chairs were taken from in front of Fish Express in the 100 block of W. "A" St. Loss: $100.
1:41 p.m. A 32-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for probation violation by coercion.
1:45 p.m. A 49-year-old woman was trespassed from property in the 700 block of Milton St.
3:43 p.m. Two 15-year-old males were counseled about throwing items at vehicles near S. 7th and "B" sts.
4:01 p.m. Officers advised people with a back yard burn on 13th Place to put out the fire because legal burning ended at 4 p.m.
Wednesday, March 11
10:28 a.m. A resident asked for extra patrol because of students smoking and driving recklessly in the area of 7th and "F" sts.
11:30 a.m. A wench cable, wrecker dolly and other items were taken from the former location of Aaruns Autow on S. Main Rd.
12:15 p.m. Information was exchanged between drivers in a non-injury accident at Gilbert St. and Railroad Ave.
1:47 p.m. A student at Lebanon High School reported the theft of an Albuterol inhaler. Loss: $30.
4:37 p.m. A dog was hit by a vehicle in the 37700 block of River Dr. Witnesses described the vehicle and driver, who left the scene. The animal's owner took it to Lebanon Animal Hospital with serious injuries. The dog is now at home.
5:33 p.m. A 30-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
8:33 p.m. A woman reported that an intoxicated male climbed into her vehicle in the Lebanon Plaza parking lot, then got out and went into Figaros. Police took the 49-year-old man home.
11:33 p.m. A 29-year-old man was arrested on a warrant for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and failure to appear.
Thursday, March 12
2:01 a.m. A 29-year-old man was charged with DUII.
10:28 a.m. Two black labs reported getting into traffic on the Grant St. Bridge were taken to Linn County Dog Control by a SafeHaven Humane Society volunteer.
10:32 a.m. A 14-year-old male was referred to the Linn County Juvenile Department for fourth-degree assault and released to a parent. The incident occurred at Lebanon High School.
11:33 a.m. Seven Oak Middle School requested extra patrols when school gets out at 2:11 p.m. They have had reports of students pushing each other into traffic while walking home.
1:30 p.m. A woman reporting losing a black coin purse in the 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy. The purse contained identification and credit cards.
6:20 p.m. A dog attacked a female in the 0-99 block of Eaton St. The victim was taken to the hospital by private vehicle.
Friday, March 13
12:10 p.m. A woman reported that the driver of a white Dodge pickup almost ran her off the road in the 100 block of Tangent St. Police found and counseled the driver, a 46-year-old man, on his driving habits.
12:56 p.m. A vehicle was egged overnight in the 100 block of Charlie Ave. The paint was damaged.
4:39 p.m. A blue Mongoose mountain bike was taken Wednesday night from the 1000 block of S. 10th St. Loss: $50.
5:43 p.m. A 19-year-old woman was cited for failure to stop before emerging into the roadway following a two-vehicle non-injury accident at S. Main and E. Elmore sts.
7:36 p.m. A 34-year-old man was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was intoxicated and had been lying down on the sidewalk in the 700 block of S. Main St.
Saturday, March 14
12:15 a.m. A resident in the 1200 block of Eddie St. said a woman attempted to kick in his front door. The door was damaged.
2:14 a.m. Officers found a lot of blood on the sidewalk in the 0-99 block of W. Sherman St. after a caller reported a fight in the area and a bloody knife on the ground. The emergency room was asked to notify police if anyone came in with injuries. Participants in the alleged fight were gone when officers arrived.
12:45 p.m. A wallet containing identification was taken from an apartment in the 100 block of E. Elmore St. Loss: $65.
3:14 p.m. A female allegedly took several items of clothing from Walmart and left the store. Store officials identified a suspect on a video. Loss: $29.93.
5:37 p.m. Drivers exchanged information after a minor non-injury accident at S. Santiam Hwy. and Weldwood Dr.
7:48 p.m. A resident reported that someone has been dumping bags of trash on his vehicle in the 1000 block of E. Grant St. He found papers with a name on them.
8:31 p.m. A 53-year-old man was charged with strangulation and fourth-degree assault in connection with a a domestic dispute.
Sunday, March 15
3:42 a.m. A 22-year-old man was charged with DUII.
5:29 a.m. A resident in the 200 block of S. 6th St. reported someone threw a rock through the window of his RV.
5:50 a.m. A 50-year-old man was arrested on a statewide felony warrant for possession of methamphetamine.
9:43 a.m. A large tree was reported down in the roadway on S. Grove near E. Grant. Public Works moved the large branches to the side of the street.
11:13 a.m. 18 sections of fence on the south side of the Justice Center construction site were blown down by the wind. A site supervisor with the contractor was called.
4:43 p.m. 30 to 40 sheep were reported loose near W. Oak St. and Airway Rd. They were in the roadway but were moved back into a field.
