5:30 a.m. A pickup in the 1000 block of Cherry Blossom Lane was egged and floured during the night.
11:37 a.m. A 16-year-old male was reported as a runaway.
11:53 a.m. A two-vehicle non-injury accident occurred in the 2000 block of S. Santiam Hwy. A 20-year-old man was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
12:05 p.m. A camera was taken from the 76 gas station at 2186 S. Santiam Hwy. last Saturday.
3:48 p.m. A window was broken and a few items burned in the 900 block of S. 10th St. Damage: $285.
9:15 p.m. A vehicle in the Lowe's parking lot was hit by an unknown vehicle. Damage: $400.
9:40 p.m. Noises reported to be someone knocking on a window in the 500 block of "C" St. turned out to be fireworks.
11:41 p.m. A 42-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree assault.
Tuesday, July 21
12:41 a.m. Tires were slashed in the 800 block of Park St.
3:06 a.m. An officer came upon three adults TP-ing a friend's residence in the 3200 block of Lupine St.
8:06 a.m. The rear window of a vehicle was broken in the 100 block of S. Main St. Damage: $100.
10:30 a.m. A television was taken from Walmart, possibly about 10 p.m. when the emergency exit alarm was activated. Loss: $447.
10:43 a.m. A window of a vehicle in the 100 block of S. Main St. was broken.
3:36 p.m. A satellite dish in the 800 block of Wassom St. was shot with a pellet gun.
4:04 p.m. Keys found near S. 10th and W. Ash St. were placed in the police lost and found department.
8:05 p.m. Three males were seen entering a yard in the 400 block of Cleveland St., taking a green and yellow gas pull-start lawnmower and leaving in a gray Jeep Cherokee. Loss: $20.
8:11 p.m. A bicycle was reported stolen from the 900 block of Park St.
9:12 p.m. A woman reported her 8-year-old son was beat up by four 10-year-old boys at Christopher Columbus Park two hours ago. The mother took the boy to the emergency room and his arm is broken. She told police her son was riding his bike when the assault occurred. She was in the park at the time.
Wednesday, July 22
2:25 a.m. A street light cover was broken at the corner of S. 9th and W. Isabella sts.
5:39 a.m. Two males were reported in the area of a house fire in the 300 block of Mary St.
12:18 p.m. A 44-year-old man who owes 34 days in jail was arrested on a Linn County no bail detention order.
12:51 p.m. A man who had previously been trespassed from Safeway went in and took deli food.
4:24 p.m. A satellite dish was vandalized for the second time in the 800 block of Wassom St.
Thursday, July 23
1:02 p.m. A 24-year-old man was charged with menacing, harassment and interfering with a 911 call in connection with a domestic dispute in the 900 block of Park St.
1:57 p.m. Eggs and butter were thrown all over a van in the 2400 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
4:35 p.m. A cell phone was taken from a truck parked in the 2700 block of Birch St.
5:02 p.m. The Linn County Road Department requested extra patrols near the foot bridge in the 2100 block of River Rd. Equipment in the area has been messed with.
6 p.m. A home in the 400 block of Hiatt St. was entered and ransacked. Loss: $20.
6:49 p.m. A resident in the 500 block of Harden Dr. asked for extra patrols because of extra traffic since construction on Milton St.
11:03 p.m. A 27-year-old man was arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and on a warrant in a traffic case.
Friday, July 24
12:03 a.m. An intoxicated 20-year-old man found in a backyard in the 300 block of S. 7th St. was released to his girlfriend and advised to stay put.
12:37 p.m. A 20-year-old man was taken into custody in the 800 block of Airway Rd. for fourth-degree assault (domestic).
1:49 p.m. A house in the 800 block of Wassom St. was broken into. The owner found holes in the walls and a broken mirror. Damage: $300.
3:44 p.m. Drivers exchanged information following a two-vehicle fender bender in front of city hall.
5:26 p.m. A man reported being bit by a dog near S. Main Rd. and Vaughan Ln. yesterday.
5:57 p.m. Drivers exchanged information following a two-vehicle non-injury accident in the 1300 block of E. Grant St.
9:35 p.m. A 20-year-old man was arrested on multiple warrants on charges including criminal mischief. He was one of three males reported fighting at Century Park.
9:53 p.m. A 22-year-old man was charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a 911 call in the 400 block of Market St. He allegedly struck another man and tried to kick windows out of a building.
10:41 p.m. Three kids reportedly ran down Vaughan Ln. putting firecrackers in mailboxes.
11:55 p.m. A 15-year-old male was referred to the Linn County Juvenile Dept. for minor in possession by consumption (alcohol) and minor in possession (tobacco).
Saturday, July 25
2:35 a.m. A 59-year-old man was charged with DUII, reckless driving and hit-and-run in connection with a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident in the 200 block of Walker Rd. He was located in his vehicle in a ditch on Rock Hill Road near Blueberry Hill.
4:20 a.m. A resident near S. 7th and "F" sts. reported hearing multiple fireworks being set off in the area.
6:10 a.m. A maroon Toyota Tercel was driven into Center Market on E. Grant St. Neither the driver, a 31-year-old woman, nor her passenger, a 42-year-old man, were injured. The driver stepped on the accelerator rather than the brake. A post holding up the front window was bent and windows were shattered but remained in place.
6:58 a.m. A vehicle parked in the 300 block of Walker Rd. was egged during the night.
10:35 a.m. Graffiti was reported on both sides of the Stillwater Apartments sign. Damage: $300.
12:41 p.m. A 45-year-old man was charged with first-degree theft and second- degree criminal trespass after several tools were taken from a yard in the 1000 block of Fuji Lane. All of the stolen property was found in another yard in the same block.
5:03 p.m. A used syringe was found near a Boys & Girls Club fence and disposed of.
7:09 p.m. At River Park, a male loaned his cell phone to another male, who wouldn't return it. Loss: $50.
8:27 p.m. A purse containing credit cards, checkbook and identification was taken from a cart at Dollar Tree. Loss: $33.
8:37 p.m. A Toyota Tundra parked in the 100 block of S. 9th St. was hit by an unknown vehicle. Damage: $1,500.
9:27 p.m. A 14-year-old female was reported as a runaway.
9:49 p.m. A small fire reported behind Cascade School was put out by Lebanon firefighters. Two people were seen lighting garbage from the waste cans on fire.
10:18 p.m. A backyard fire reported in the 400 block of W. Sherman St. was determined to be legal.
10:25 p.m. A resident on Mountain River Dr. reported two mortars set off or shots from a shotgun behind Riverview School.
10:32 p.m. A resident in the 900 block of Osprey Way reported an explosion near Riverview School. Police found no evidence in the area.
Sunday, July 26
11:07 a.m. A two-vehicle injury accident near S. Santiam Hwy. and Russell Dr. blocked the intersection.
11:32 a.m. A dead cat was found in a plastic bag on the corner of 6th and Walker sts.
12:09 p.m. Plymouth Voyager van was keyed in the 400 block of Wheeler St. Damage: $500.
3:26 p.m. Dodge Street was blocked off near Grove St. due to a haz mat incident, a motor home with a leaking propane tank. Lebanon firefighters responded.
3:48 p.m. A 38-year-old woman was charged with second-degree theft in connection with alleged shoplifting from Safeway and with resisting arrest.
8:17 p.m. Several rings missing from merchants at the Seadog Nights Festival were found on a 12-year-old female. The incident will be handled civilly.
9:30 p.m. A 55-year-old man was cited for DUII in the 2600 block of S. Santiam Hwy. and released.
10:11 p.m. A driver reported hitting a deer when leaving the Walmart parking lot onto Weldwood Drive. The deer fled back into the field.
