12:52 p.m. 39-year-old woman cited for third-degree theft in the 2500 block of S. Santiam Hwy. in connection with shoplifting.
1:11 p.m. Vehicle egged in the 100 block of E. Oak St.
1:11 p.m. Two fraudulent money orders reported at Key Bank. Incident under investigation.
3:27 p.m. Man reported pointing a gun at his head in front of a window in the 0-100 block of Market St., then fleeing. 60-year-old man located in the Lebanon Plaza and transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital for a mental evaluation.
3:53 p.m. Vehicle hit-and-run reported in the 400 block of F St.
4:17 p.m. Marijuana found in the 800 block of S. Main St. turned into the Lebanon Police Department and disposed of.
4:57 p.m. Tires slashed in the 1500 block of S. Main St. Loss: $512.
8:03 p.m. Hit-and-run in the 1600 block of S. 9th St, damaging passenger's side of the vehicle. Loss: $1,000.

11:26 a.m. Albany Democrat-Herald newspaper rack taken from the 500 block of Park St. Loss: $750.
12:53 p.m. Cell phone taken from a student at Lebanon High School.
1:40 p.m. 12-year-old student at Pioneer School referred to the Linn County Juvenile Department for allegedly consuming and sharing brownies laced with marijuana at school. Three other students who ate the baked goods also may be referred to the juvenile department.
2:21 p.m. Lebanon Real Estate reports broken window, door damage, and gutter downspout taken. Total loss value: $445.
2:51 p.m. Gas siphoned from a vehicle in the 900 block of Tangent St. About a week ago, a drill press was taken from the residence.
4:29 p.m. BMX bike taken from the 0-100 block of E. Grant St. Loss: $294.
4:44 p.m. Aluminum material taken from a concrete business near E. Grant St. and Berlin Road.
7:46 p.m. 15-year-old boy arrested on a juvenile runaway report in the 2400 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
11:19 p.m. 17-year-old girl on a conditional discharge reportedly violated her terms of release. Juvenile transported to Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility.

3:09 p.m. 21-year-old male allegedly breaking windows and vandalizing residence in the 0-100 block of N. 7th St. Loss: $400. Male found two hours later in the 400 block of Maple St. and arrested for detox and disorderly conduct.
4:01 p.m. Bike taken from the 2000 block of S. 7th St. Loss: $500.
4:38 p.m. Wallet taken from the 800 block of E. Grant St. Loss: $230.

1:03 a.m. 20-year-old female detained for providing false information to a police officer at Sherman Street Bar & Grill. Female was reportedly underage and not carded. Report filed with Oregon Liquor Control Commission.
3:35 a.m. 27-year-old male arrested for second-degree theft in the 2500 block of S. Santiam Hwy.
7:09 a.m. Rock thrown through window in the 300 block of N. Santiam Hwy. Loss: $500.
