Norma Jean Smith, 56, of Lebanon, died Nov. 1, 2009, at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.

Viewing will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Nov. 6 at Huston-Jost Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Nov. 7 at Huston-Jost Funeral Home. She will be buried in a private ceremony at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.

She was born Nov. 19, 1952, in Hood River, the daughter of Thomas and Betty (Ferguson) Pratt. She moved to Lebanon when she was 14. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 1972.

She married Ralph Smith on June 10, 1972, in Lebanon.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband Ralph of Lebanon; grandmother Alberta Ferguson of Bend; daughter Trena Smith of Lebanon; and granddaughter Noel Nelson.
