Anna Arlene Wolfe, 75, of Sweet Home, died Aug. 19, 2008.
A memorial service was held Aug. 25 at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Lebanon. Final Burial will be at Gilliland Cemetery.
She was born in Hardisty, Alberta, Canada, to Thomas Edward and Hilma (Nelson) Hunking. She grew up around Woodburn and Hubbard. She attended Canby High School.
She married Richard K. Wolfe on Nov. 22, 1948, in Woodburn. They lived many years in the Waldport-Tidewater area, working at fish canneries. They moved to Sweet Home in 1993. She worked with Meals on Wheels from 1993 to 2003.
Mrs. Wolfe is survived by sons Keith Wolfe and Ronald Wolfe, both of Sweet Home; daughters Sharon Gibbons of Crawfordsville and Patricia Jackson of Cascadia; sisters Jean Vredenburg of Woodburn, Helen Van De Hey of Florence; brother Veloyce Hunking of Prineville; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Her husband Richard K. Wolfe and an infant daughter died before she did.
Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels in her name.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
