Betty J. Jones, 71, of Lebanon, died June 26, 2009, at Lebanon Rehabilitation Center.

In keeping with her wishes no services are planned.

She was born May 11, 1938, in Los Angeles, Calif., the daughter of Thomas and Beatrice (Bennett) Osborn. She moved to Lebanon 30 years ago.

She and Bea Weikel formed the children's charity "Bea's Angels." They provided Christmas for needy children for more than 20 years.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Bonnie and Joe Story; brother Wayne Osborn; daughters Shannon Moody and Diana Miller; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Her son Ronnie Fraser, husband Dan, parents and grandparents died before she did.
