Michael D. Gregory, 57, of Lebanon, died at his home on Nov. 21, 2008.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later time.
He was born in Sweet Home, the son of Paul and Oma (White) Gregory. He lived in Lebanon throughout his childhood and graduated from Lebanon Union High School in 1969. He attended the University of Oregon for one year and Linn-Benton Community College, studying art and photography.
He is survived by his father Paul Gregory of Lebanon; daughter Jamie Kauffman of South Beach; brothers John Gregory of Lebanon and Rodney Gregory of Salem; and sister Karen Gregory of Lebanon.
The family requests that memorial contributions to help defray costs be sent in care of Huston-Jost Funeral Home, 86 W. Grant St., Lebanon OR 97355.
