Lebanon police ask business owners and patrons to pay extra attention to suspicious individuals and vehicles during the holiday shopping season.

There has been a rash of robberies at several banks and lottery gaming establishments within the Corvallis, Eugene/Springfield, Lebanon, and Salem area.

It appears a number of different individuals are involved and are not necessarily associated with one another.

Pepper's Deli in Lebanon was robbed about 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30. The suspect was described as a male, 5-feet 11-inches tall with a thin build and a pointed nose. He was wearing jeans, a dark blue or black hoodie, a baseball cap and athletic shoes.

The suspect involved at Key Bank in Corvallis on Dec. 2 was described as a white female, 20s to 30s, 5-feet 4-inches to 5-feet, 6-inches in height with a medium to heavy build and wearing a dark-colored baseball cap with light-colored bill and dark colored zip-up jacket. The female presented a note to the teller.

The suspect involved in the Corvallis bank robbery at the Washington Federal Savings was a white male who entered the bank, showed a note to a teller and demanded money.

After leaving the bank, he got on a bicycle and headed southeast with an undisclosed amount of cash. He is described as being in his 50s, between 5-feet 6- inches and 5-feet-7 inches tall, with a medium build and a large nose.

The suspect was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with pink lettering across the chest, blue jeans, black ski gloves and a fanny pack. He also was wearing aviator-style sunglasses tinted orange.

Corvallis also had two recent lottery gaming establishments robbed at gun point.
