Nine employees, both licensed and classified staff, retired from the Lebanon Community School District this year.

They were recognized at the June 16 school board meeting and a dinner celebration in their honor on June 3.

The retirees are:

• Hamilton Creek seventh-grade teacher Robin Gardner, 32 years.

• Hamilton Creek third-grade teacher Diane Giese, 31 years.

• Pioneer first-grade teacher Terri Krebs, 29 years.

• Psychologist Peg Urban, 27 years.

• Green Acres instructional and special education assistant Lonnie Harris, 26 years.

• Hamilton Creek office manager Nancy Suing, 23 years.

• Administrator assistant Linda Shrader, 21 years.

• Lebanon High School instructional and special education assistant Rebecca Harrison, 15 years.

• LHS social studies and computer teacher Pam Maeyaert, 9 years.
