11:38 a.m. 24-year-old male arrested in connection with a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Dodge St.
11:56 a.m. Vehicle entered in the 700 block of Ralston Dr.; white 30 GB iPod and iPod dock taken. Loss: $359.
1:08 p.m. Vehicle hit while parked at Dollar Tree. Loss: $500.
2:30 p.m. Glass pipe found near S. 2nd and Academy sts. Disposed of.
2:38 p.m. Pagan symbols found chalked on a sidewalk in the 100 block of W. Joy St.
7:57 p.m. Intoxicated driver reported near S. 5th and Tangent sts. 74-year-old male not intoxicated, but having trouble driving in the dark. While officer led man home, the elderly male drove his vehicle into the ditch near Rock Hill Road and Sodaville Dr. Vehicle towed from scene.
10:17 p.m. Fraudulent debit card use reported in the 700 block of Mountain River Dr. Loss estimate: $280.

6:20 a.m. Man in the 600 block of S. 5th St. gave telemarketer his social security number, then called LPD.
7:09 a.m. Injured dog found in the 1800 block of S. Main St. Transported to veterinarian.
8:19 a.m. Two squatter tents found along the Eagle Scout Trail near River Park.
10:12 a.m. 21-year-old male cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school near S. Main Road and Weldwood Dr.
10:39 a.m. Business owner in the 0-100 block of W. Sherman St. reported her mailbox had been urinated in.
2:52 p.m. Debit card taken from a home in the 400 block of Milton St. and used at Duffy's Irish Pub. Loss: $562.

2:21 a.m. Seats taken from bikes parked at Wal-Mart. Loss: $50. Another bike seat reported missing 20 minutes later. Loss: $30.

8:17 a.m. Five spare tires taken from Roberson's Lebanon Ford. Loss: $3,000.
11:40 a.m. CDs, clothing, tools, and a digital camera taken from a vehicle in the 300 block of W. Sherman St.
1:57 p.m. 24 cans of beer taken from a truck in the 1200 block of E. Grant St. Two males, ages 38 and 14, found with beer at River Park. Twelve cans returned to owner, who decided not to pursue charges.
2:19 p.m. Two male students at Seven Oak Middle School reportedly fighting. Both males taken home. Incident under investigation for disorderly conduct charges.
2:27 p.m. Fraudulent cell phone account opened. Loss: $217.35.
2:51 p.m. Purse and vehicle, a late 1980s Dodge Colt, taken from Wal-Mart. Loss: $600.
4:14 p.m. Three tires and wheels taken from a truck in the 400 block of E. St. Loss: $600.
4:38 p.m. Woman stopped from purchasing a weapon from Fast Cash returned a month later to pawn a gun. Business would not purchase weapon. Woman contacted near Market St. and S. Santiam Hwy. and weapon located at the bottom of her stroller.
5:45 p.m. Cell phone taken from the 500 block of W. Oak St. Loss: $59.
8:24 p.m. 13- and 14-year-old females reported to be yelling at cars near S. Main and E. Grant sts. Juveniles counseled.
Friday, Nov. 9
7:04 a.m. Paintball shot at a vehicle windshield in the 100 block of S. 6th St. Window did not break.
9:35 a.m. Vehicle covered in silly string in the 0-100 block of W. Sherman St.
10:47 a.m. Debit card fraud.

1:51 p.m. Bike taken from in front of the Starlite Tavern. Loss: $50.
2:26 p.m. About $3,000 taken from a purse in the 1100 block of W. Airport Road.
6:14 p.m. Man and dog attacked by neighbor's dog in the 1500 block of W. Maple Place. Information documented.
7:22 p.m. Man received bill for magazines he did not order.
9:06 p.m. An 11-year-old boy reported fighting with other juveniles at Lebanon Skating Rink. Boy fled from the skating rink and employee followed him. Juvenile and parents counseled.
9:50 p.m. Two-vehicle crash near S. 7th St. and Airport Road. Both vehicles towed from the scene.

11:39 a.m. Chainsaw taken from Tillamook County recovered at Fast Cash.
12:23 p.m. Debit card found in a pile of leaves in the 100 block of Milton St.
12:38 p.m. Male exposed himself in 300 block of S. Eighth St.
12:56 p.m. Bag of burning feces found on a porch in the 2100 block of Jadon Place. Eggs also thrown at home.

1:45 a.m. A firecracker thrown into a construction site near S. Grove and Elmore sts. Individual jumped the fence running away from the scene. Police couldn't locate suspect.
2:36 a.m. 23-year-old and 35-year-old males trespassed from the Starlite Tavern for allegedly damaging a door.
11:52 a.m. Two-vehicle accident in the 1300 block of E. Grant St. Information exchanged.
12:04 p.m. Outside vehicle mirror broken with a beer bottle in the 500 block of S. 2nd St. Loss: $250.
