The Lebanon Community School District has one vacancy on the Buildings and Boundaries Committee.

To be eligible for appointment, a person must live in the district, must not be an officer or employee of the district and must be a qualified voter.

The committee is charged with discussing and taking recommendations to the board on current issues, ongoing projects and community concerns about construction of buildings and establishment of attendance boundaries.

Applications for membership are available at the school district's administration office or on its website: www.lebanon.k12.or. The district office is at 485 S. Fifth St.

The deadline for applying is Feb. 29, 2008.
