A man seriously injured in an accident that occurred on Oct. 17 at 101 Industrial Way in Lebanon was in critical condition Monday afternoon at Oregon Health Sciences University.

It appeared that a piece of earth-moving equipment ran over him, said Lebanon Fire Chief Dan Woodson.

Medics arrived at the scene at 7:08 p.m. Friday and about 20 minutes later took Dennis Baughman to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. Life Flight arrived a few minutes later to transport Baughman to OHSU.

101 Industrial Way is the address of Rick Franklin Corp. No one at the company was available to comment on Monday.
