Figures released by the Lebanon School District show a slight decline from last year in the number of students enrolled in Lebanon Schools.
Though some schools did gain students, overall enrollment dropped by 13 students between Oct. 1, 2007, and Oct. 1, 2008.
The sharpest drops in enrollment came at Sand Ridge Charter School, Seven Oak Middle School and Lebanon High School, each of which lost 23 students. Pioneer had the biggest jump in enrollment, adding 28 more students this year.
Riverview's loss of two students this year and Cascade's 14-student gain could be a result of enrollment boundary change approved by the school board this summer.
Assistant Superintendent Steve Kelley said he did not know why enrollment at Seven Oak and the high school fell. Projections made last spring predicted Seven Oak would lose more than 23 students.
Sand Ridge Charter School's enrollment dropped after the school eliminated grades 9-12 at the end of last school year.
