A Lebanon man was injured when he was run over by a van in the driveway of his house at about 10 p.m. on Monday evening.
According to first sergeant Jeff Cone of the Linn County Sheriff's Office, Flint Fox, 25, was having an argument with his wife, Margaret Fox, 45, at their residence at 36110 Airport Road. At some point, Fox told officers, he thought he went outside and sat on the bumper of the van.
Margaret Fox and Colleen Holdorf, 42, got into the van with Holdorf driving and backed out, running over Flint Fox.
He was transported to Lebanon Community Hospital and then to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, where he was in fair condition on Tuesday morning.
As of Tuesday, no charges had been filed in relation to the accident; however, Margaret Fox and Holdorf did not have permission to use the van. They were arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
