Readers of lebanon-express.com will be greeted by a new website next Wednesday, Sept. 2.
On that date, we will launch a faster-loading site, with an easier-to-read design and new storytelling capabilities.
The transition will begin about mid-morning Sept. 2, when we will officially pull the plug on our "old" website and start the conversion to a new site and its more dynamic content management system.
One goal of our new design is to make navigation easier, so we've simplified the presentation of lebanon-express.com into cleanly displayed and easy-to-find content areas.
The new content management system we're introducing along with the redesign will help us do a better job of packaging stories, photos, videos and other online extras with each story.
In the weeks following the launch, you'll see increasingly more of that "extra" new online content.
