Four teens were arrested Nov. 5 in connection to an armed robbery that occurred on Sept. 11, 2007, in the 1100 block of Hiatt Street.
According to the Lebanon Police Department, three male suspects bound the victim and stole several items from the residence. A fourth subject waited in a nearby vehicle that was used for a get-away car.
Bud Moseley and David Polayes-Ledford, both 19,
and 18-year-old Aaron Heintzman, of Lebanon, were all charged with first-degree robbery and burglary and lodged at the Linn County Jail. Moseley and Polayes-Ledford do not have a permanent residence.
As of Monday evening, Moseley was still held at the jail on the following charges: second-degree theft, three counts of probation violations, failure to perform community service, two counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, first-degree robbery, possession of methamphetamine, and contempt of court. His bail is set at $70,000.
Polayes-Ledford is still held at Linn County Jail on the following charges: first-degree burglary, first-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping (felony), felony possession of a firearm, probation violation, pointing a firearm at a person, tampering with drug records, and another weapons related charge. His bail is set at $100,000.
Heintzman was no longer listed in the jail's custody on Monday evening.
Additionally, a 17-year-old Lebanon female was charged with first-degree robbery and burglary. She was lodged at the Linn-Benton Detention facility.
