The following is a list of public meetings scheduled in the coming weeks. All meetings not labeled "executive session" are open to the public.

€ The Linn County Board of Commissioners meets at 9:30 a.m. every Tuesday and Wednesday in the commissioners' meeting room on the second floor of the County Courthouse in Albany.

€ The Lebanon Community Schools Board of Directors will meet at 7 p.m. on Aug. 4 at the school district office 495 S. Fifth St. The agenda has not yet been announced.

€ The People Involved in Education (PIE) will meet on Aug. 5, with a work session at 6 p.m. and a regular meeting at 7 p.m. at the Sand Ridge Charter School campus, 2900 S. Main Rd.
