Ryan Ally, 18, of Lebanon, was arrested June 11 by the Linn County Sheriff's Office, and charged with attempted murder in connection to an Albany shooting that occurred on June 1.
Ally is being held on a $500,000 security at Linn County Jail on the sole charge of attempted murder. He is the fourth Lebanon teenager to be arrested in connection to the case, and the third charged with attempted murder.
Detectives originally believed there were only three people inside the truck that was shooting at pursuing vehicles. According to detectives, Ally was able to leave the truck before deputies caught up with it.
At about 2 a.m. on June 1, residents at a house at 1909 SW Queen St. in Albany called 9-1-1 reporting their house had been shot at. About five rounds had been discharged into the house. Six people in the house used two vehicles to chase a 1997 Nissan truck that the shots were allegedly fired from. During the chase, approximately 10 rounds were shot at the two vehicles chasing the Nissan truck.
Bradley John Zurfluh, 18, was allegedly driving the truck. The Linn County Sheriff's Office charged Zurfluh with six counts of attempted murder, carrying a concealed weapon, unlawful possession of a silencer, DUII and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was lodged in the Linn County Jail. Charges were reduced to one count of attempted murder and unlawful possession of a firearm by the District Attorney's office.
Originally Zurfluh's security was set at $300,000. At a bail reduction hearing on June 13 his security was reduced to $50,000. He posted $5,000 bail, which is 10 percent of his security, and was released from Linn County Jail the same day.
Dylan Thomas Debutts, 18, a passenger in the truck, also was charged by LCSO deputies with six counts of attempted murder and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He remains in the Linn County Jail on a single attempted murder charge and the drug charge. He is not allowed bail on the marijuana charge.
A passenger in the pickup, Eric William Kauth, 19, was charged with minor in possession of alcohol and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was cited and released on June 1.
