Drugs and related materials were gathered from a home at 1250 W. Vine St. on July 23, after a search warrant was served at 8:10 p.m.

Officers with the Linn County Drug Task Force and Lebanon Police Department seized small amounts of methamphetamine and marijuana, along with packaging materials and other drug paraphernalia. The combined total of methamphetamine and marijuana seized at the residence was less than a gram.

Residents Tammy Lee Revel, 37, and Troy Ernest Peters, 39, were charged with possession and distribution of methamphetamine. Terri Sue Kephart, 46, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.

&#8220Kephart was cited on the day of the warrant and released. The other two [Revel and Peters] were kept overnight at our facility and then released," said Det. Sgt. Kevin Martinez. He explained that offenders without an extensive criminal history are not held for long.

The subjects also may be charged with delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. The residence is located about four blocks from the playground at Green Acres Elementary School.

Revel, Peters, and Kephart were cited to appear in Linn County Circuit Court at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 15.

The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information may contact Detective Dustin Wyatt at 258-4319.
