The Lebanon Community School District seeks volunteer applicants to serve on a district technology committee. The committee will advise the school district on infrastructure and application of technology in K-12 education.
Experts in education, technology, youth and employment are encouraged to apply. Schedules and agendas will be created by the committee itself. Participants will recommend direction for the committee at the end of the first year. About ten individuals will be invited to serve for one year.
The school district often forms community committees to discuss and to advise on a broad range of topics.
Lebanon's technology program features innovative initiatives including a robust infrastructure, upcoming wireless access to school resources via a collaboration with the city of Lebanon and an array of personalized instructional tools designed to meet the needs of today's classrooms.
