The annual Sweet Home Community National Day of Prayer service will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on May 7, at St. Helens Catholic Church, 600 Sixth Ave.

Members of the community, representing several churches, will take part in the service. An offering will be taken and paper products collected for Sweet Home Emergency Ministries (SHEM).

Refreshments will be served following the service. Everyone is invited.
