Rachel Alley and Brian Waters, both of Turner, were married July 12, 2008, at the Church on the Hill in Turner.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Renee Alley of Lebanon. She graduated Lebanon High School in 1994 and earned her accounting degree from the University of Oregon in 1998. She works for Boise Cascade.
The groom is the son of Brian and Beverly Waters of Aumsville. He graduated from Cascade High School in 1995 and also works for Boise Cascade.
The matron-of-honor was Marla Droege. Bridesmaids were Megan Jensen, Denise Webb, Shannon Alley, Lauren Alley, and Mariah Alley.
The best man was David Hicks. Groomsmen were Bruce Waters, Brice Waters, and Jesse Clements.
Savanna Waters was the flower girl and the ring bearer was Brody Waters.
